New Phone! HTC 8S Review

I only got my brand new HTC 8S phone about 2 hours, but I'm loving it. I don't know if its because I've never really had an up to date phone before, or because its just a really good phone. I think it looks really nice, sleek and modern. It feels good to hold and just the right sensitiveness. I got mine in blue, and it just makes me feel so modern and like I need to go to Starbucks for some reason.
If you are looking for a new phone or thinking about it, I would defiantly get the HTC 8S, it's everything I could want in a phone.

Zoella's Chocolate Orange Hot Chocolate (served in a real orange!)

Here's how create and amazing tasting hot chocolate for a cold winter night...
You will need:
-Terry's Chocolate orange pieces (or any orange flavored chocolate)
-A large orange
-Milk
-Spoon
-Knife
-Pan
-Straws

Get your ingredients and equipment ready

Measure out how much milk you will need in a cup and put it in the pan on a medium heat to warm it up.

Keep stirring to stop the milk from burning to the bottom of the pan.

When the milk is warm add the chocolate orange piece by piece, keep adding and stirring each piece and taste test until you get the right amount.

Turn of the heat and leave the hot chocolate to cool down a little, during this time you can prepare the orange. Lay the orange on its side and cut the top off.

Scoop the insides out with a spoon, you can do this into a glass and later drain it and have some freshly squeezed orange juice.

Next cut a circle out of the top of the orange to create a space for the straw.

Pour the hot chocolate into the orange, clip the straw down until it fits and put the lid on, and your done!

The Best Beauty and Fashion YouTubers

I've always struggled finding YouTubers I liked, I kind of had a faze of art YouTubers and after that gaming. But recently, I've been getting into beauty and fashion more, I've always loved fashion, but make up never really appealed to me. I think it's becoming something I really like, and it's probably down to growing up. This is my last of the best Beauty and Fashion YouTubers...
(1) Zoella ((http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCWRV5AVOlKJR1Flvgt310Cw))

Zoella is a British YouTuber who used to write beauty blogs. Her obsession with beauty grew onto YouTube and she now does videos on her clothes and make up hauls. I really enjoy watching her, shes really good at what she does and explains really well. I also enjoy her other festive videos and videos she does with her friends, mostly Sprinkle of Chatter and Tyler Oakly.
(2) CutiePieMarzia ((http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCe9oofjVfJzapRyVlt57x8Q))

Marzia is an Italian YouTuber who now lives in England. She moved to Sweden to be with her boyfriend Felix (Pewdiepie) and then after decided to move to England. Although she is not as consistent with her beauty and fashion videos, she is still really good at them and I love they way she always wears her outfits to show how the hang on her. I think she is really sweet and the clothes she buys are so my style.
(3) HelloMaphie ((http://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6gqv2Naj9JiowZgHfPstmg))

HelloMaphie is a Spanish YouTuber and she focuses on nails. All though she doesn't do much fashion, she is in my top three because of her flawless tutorials for nails. She makes everything easy but the results are amazing and she really got me into nail art. She also teaches you that you don't need all the fancy nail art equipment, just some nail varnish and a few everyday items.
(4)Scola Dondo ((http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLlMRD134HEYWikyfUJXczg))

Scola is an absolutely inspiring YouTuber. She managed to loose 50lbs at just 14, and even though she doesn't do very many fashion or beauty videos, the ones she does are so well put together and are interesting and you can't get bored of them. I also love her healthy lifestyle videos and Q&A's.
(5)Gigi Gorgeous ((http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzco9CewPf0F-SP1p6LhWrw))
Gigi is an American YouTuber. She is transgender, and she is so inspiring because shes gone through so much yet still manages to keep a smile on her face. Her videos are not only good and helpful, but so hilarious. I'm not really keen on her glamorous style, but I still love her videos.
They are my favorite Beauty and Fashion YouTubers, I hope you like!

The motivation

The hardest part of being healthy or trying to loose weight is defiantly getting the motivation to do it. I want to start being fitter and excising more, but I never have any time in the morning and after school I'm really tired. It's hard when you just want to get home and eat everything in the cupboards and be lazy, and you have to carry on and try to stay motivated. Sometimes your mind just tells you that you have to eat, and you know deep down that you don't but then your mind creates excuses and you just give in.
I really don't know how people like Scola Dondo did it, and she still carries on now. She inspires me, but I can only take her advice for a few days before I give up. It's getting so hard.... This is Scola Dondo's channel if you want to check it out > http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLlMRD134HEYWikyfUJXczg

The differences between America and Britain

The whole world is convinced that British People are posh stuck up people who live in Mansions in the middle of no where with a monocle and tea. And if they don't think that then they think that we all live in the Middle of London jumping onto red buses and meeting the Queen regularly.  And true, there a minority that do that, well not the meeting the Queen bit.I'm from the North of England, so lots of us have strong Yorkshire and Lancashire accents, which I think Americans would find especially amusing. And I do a little, I've been brought up to speak properly, but sometimes a little accent slips through and my friends are always sure to pick up on it.
A girl started at my school a couple of months ago and she was from New York. And naturally everyone freaked out because they thought of Sex in the City, and she was shy and I felt bad because everyone was crowding around her. She sat next to me in Spanish, and I really got to know her and I learned a lot about the differences between America and Britain.
The first floor: The first floor in Britain is the second story, as the first story is the ground floor, but when describing a building you will still say how many floors it has, but in America the first floor is the first story, which I guess makes more sense.
Crib: In Britain, a crib is what you put a baby in for bed, but in America a crib is a small apartment.
Fag: A fag in British is a cigarette, but America 'fag' is a rude word for a gay person. I've seen the American English creeping into Britain and now I can recognize it in both senses.
Lift: A lift in Britain is a device you use to travel between floors, which Americans would call and elevator.
Rubber:  Americans call a rubber an eraser, and they call a condom a rubber. I can only imagine how many funny moments have happened when simply asking for a rubber.
Torch: In America, torches are sticks with a flame on them, and a torch is a flashlight, so you would be a little confused if asking to buy a torch in a shop.
There was many many more but I would of been here forever.

The Universe

It wasn't long ago when I was sat in RE lesson when my headteacher came in, he is a very clever man, and even though not many people like him you have to appreciate that. In class we were talking about the Creation Theory, which is a theory created by the same man who invented the pocket watch. Basically, the theory points out that the Universe is like a watch, everything interlocks an works together, and how could that be an accident? Why would everything be linked if that was an accident? However, I'm atheist and even thought I think this is a very strong argument, I still don't believe in God.
But anyway, my headteacher walked in on this discussion on his daily round of checking all the classes. He likes to get into the debate so when our teacher told him what we were talking about he leaped right in. I noticed everyone looked bored, but I was so fascinated about what he said, he told us about how we were all once stars because we came from them, and all the elements in our body come from stars, and in itself that's amazing. And then the conversation drifted to Steven Hawking, who I love, and the Headteacher told us about the book that he wrote, about the universe constantly expanding and collapsing, forever. And how could the nothing create something. Meaning that how could something create existence because something had to exist before existence happened, and it's all a very confusing loophole.

Life is weird...

Hi! I'm Eleanor, I'm 13 years old and I'm from the North of England.
I love art, I've always loved art. It's my escape because art isn't like life, like the rest of the world. Art is relaxing and amazing and powerful and subtle and many other things all at the same time. And Art is everything. The device you read this on, the walls, the floors, the furniture, even you. You are art, you are made in the perfect proportion. Every piece in your body working together in harmony to keep you alive, to keep you living in the crazy world.
Life is strange, it's like a game, its like drawing without a rubber. Every day brings a new challenge and a new wall to climb, and it also brings a reward. Every day is different, and every second you spend reading this will never, ever happen again. And yet 7 billion people go through this everyday, most not even thinking about it. I know I've gone days without thinking that I'm so lucky to be me. Because I have so many things, clothes, warmth, shelter and I have food and water whenever I want, and some people don't. I think I might start appreciating it more...
